We had another fantastic Product Community session with all our amazing clients. Yesterday’s Product Community session was all about diving into the latest thinking on Challenges — what retailers around the world are doing, what’s working, and how all of it comes to life through the Lobyco Nexus platform. A huge thank you to Kelsey and Ruth for sharing how they’re using Challenges at Our Coop and Foodstuffs as part of their member programme to create personalised, engaging behaviour nudges.
