The past months have been full of progress and innovation across the Lobyco platform. From major redesigns to smarter automation and new self-service tools, this release brings together some of our most exciting updates yet.

Orchestration

This quarter marks one of the biggest milestones in our journey: The Customer Segmentation Tool becomes Orchestration. This transformation gives marketers the power to not only create member segments but to run customer journeys by combining segmentation, communication, and promotion blocks, all in one place. With Orchestration, we go beyond creating member segments and saving them to an audience. Now, you can run customer journeys and connect a segment to a push notification and trigger a challenge, or even a game, automatically and repeatedly, based on your chosen schedule.

 

A Redesigned Canvas for Clarity

To make this possible, we’ve redesigned the Orchestration canvas.  The new design offers more space, better visibility, and clearer connections between each part of your campaign. Statuses are easier to read, dynamic blocks now visually adapt to your configurations, and the entire workspace is simpler to navigate, so you can manage all activities from the same space.

 

New Building Blocks: Banners and Offers

We’re adding two new building blocks to Orchestration: Banners and Offers. You can now connect segments directly to retail app banners, or target members with specific offers, all as part of your journey. This integration means all activities from message to reward can be planned together, making campaign orchestration truly complete.

Two new game types: Calender and Tap To Reveal

We’re expanding the Games lineup with two exciting formats designed to boost engagement and repeat interaction.

Calendar games bring ongoing excitement to your campaigns. Players return each day to scratch or click a new field, revealing daily surprises. Perfect for Christmas Advent campaigns, seasonal activations, or any multi-day promotion, Calendar gamesdrive consistent engagement and strengthen customer loyalty over time.

Tap to Reveal is a new luck game that delivers instant thrill. Players tap to uncover what’s hidden beneath — winning a prize or discovering a playful “try again” message. Ideal for mystery-prize, teaser, or product-launch campaigns, this format creates an emotional and tactile connection. Easy to set up, fully customizable, and highly replayable, it’s the perfect mix of simplicity and surprise.

Manage Bonus Vouchers Together with Offers

We’ve also continued enhancing the Promotions area, making it easier to create flexible, impactful reward campaigns. We’ve unified how Bonus Vouchers and Offers are managed. That means you can now create both bonus and discount campaigns from the same familiar Offers flow. All the functionality you know from Bonus Vouchers is still there, just in a more streamlined, efficient setup. This simplification helps you move faster, reduce complexity, and in the near future will allow us to enable even more types of promotions, whether you’re rewarding with bonus, promoting a product, or driving basket value.

 

Offers with Threshold Discount

We’re also expanding the flexibility of our offer types with the introduction of Offers with Threshold Discount. You can now define discounts that apply when a member’s purchase reaches a certain product threshold. It’s now easy to create promotions like “Buy 2 and get the 3rd for 50% off”, extending your possibilities to drive engagement with specific products or categories.

 

Product Settings Self Service (Beta)

We continue to put more configuration control directly in your hands. The new Product Settings section, now in Beta, lets you manage global product configurations right in the Admin Portal. You can now maintain global product exclusion lists for challenges, and define base bonus earn rules globally or per chain. We’re starting with these configurations, but more options will follow soon, opening the way for a complete self-service platform.

 

Feedback Form and Changelog

Finally, we’re introducing two features designed to bring us even closer to you: a Feedback Form and a Changelog directly accessible in the Lobyco Portal. The Feedback Form gives you a quick and easy way to share feedback, ideas, or product recommendations with our team, and the Changelog will keep you informed about every major product update so you always know what’s new, what’s coming, and how our platform is evolving. We want to keep you connected to the full picture of what Lobyco Platform can do and how we’re improving.
