In Q2 2025, we focused on four key areas:
Offers, Challenges, Communication, and Segmentation. Let’s walk through what’s new, and why it matters.

Smarter Offers: Mix & Match & Total Value

We’ve enhanced our Promotions Platform with Mix & Match and Total Value offers. These new options are designed to drive basket size and reward members for bundled purchases.

Whether it’s a meal combo or a movie night deal, members can now save more when buying select items together, unlocking greater flexibility for retailers and better value for members.

More Flexible Challenges

Challenges are now more powerful and versatile than ever:

  • Multiple rules in one challenge: Create challenges with multiple conditions (e.g., buy soda and chips in the same purchase).
  • Store-level targeting: Run hyper-local campaigns by assigning challenges to specific stores.
  • Game rewards: Keep members engaged with real-time game rewards when they complete a challenge – now configurable via the Segmentation Tool.

These updates make your loyalty programme more adaptable, engaging, and localised.

Timely, Triggered Notifications

Engagement is all about timing. With triggered push notifications now integrated into the Segmentation Tool, you can automatically send messages when members:

  • Complete a challenge
  • Earn a game
  • Celebrate a birthday

Right message. Right moment.

Enhanced In-App Prompts

We’ve made in-app communication even more customisable:

  • Configurable background colors
  • New styling options
  • Clickable buttons linking to external content

Now, your prompts can truly reflect your brand, and connect members with relevant content instantly.

Smarter Segmentation with Data Health Insights

Great campaigns start with great data. This quarter, we introduced real-time data health checks in the Segmentation Tool:

  • Get alerts for missing or outdated member and purchase data.
  • Receive warnings if scheduled campaigns are impacted.
  • Act fast to fix issues before your campaigns go live.

This gives marketers more confidence, control, and peace of mind.
