At Lobyco, we are committed to continuously refining our platform to provide a more efficient, intuitive, and impactful experience for retailers and their customers. In our Q1 2025 release, we’re excited to introduce significant updates to the Admin Portal UI, Loyalty currency campaigns, and gamification mechanisms—specifically, Challenges with Lottery Draw.

Our revamped Admin Portal UI now features a more intuitive and visually structured layout, making navigation smoother and feature access more streamlined. This redesign helps reduce clutter, optimize workflows, and enhance the management of day-to-day operations.
Planning and tracking campaigns is now easier with our new structured Enhanced Calendar View. All scheduled activities—including offers, challenges, currency bonuses, and communications—are consolidated in one place, allowing for better organization and execution.
To simplify the campaign creation process, we are introducing Activity Templates. Now, all platform activities can be saved and reused as templates, minimizing manual input while ensuring consistency across promotions and engagement activities.
Managing multiple bonus campaigns can be complex. With the new Currency Priority feature, you gain greater control over how rewards are applied—ensuring that bonuses either stack when appropriate or default to the highest-value option when necessary.
To boost engagement and encourage members to redeem expiring bonuses, our new Bonus Redemption Campaigns allow for temporary bonus increases, driving more store visits and redemptions.
For large-scale campaigns, our Batch Adjustments feature enables bulk modifications to member rewards, reducing manual workload and improving operational efficiency.
We’re enhancing gamification in loyalty programs by introducing Challenges with Lotteries. Instead of receiving instant rewards, participants now collect entries for prize draws. This structured reward allocation keeps engagement high while offering retailers greater flexibility in distributing rewards.
Our portal facilitates drawing winners at the end of the challenge, and once approved, they receive real-time digital rewards like coupons, bonuses, or custom prizes.
With Configurable Challenge Labels, retailers can now tailor challenge progress indicators, ensuring clear communication of campaign objectives to participants.
To drive in-store engagement, our Store Visit Challenges incentivize repeat visits while offering control over key parameters such as minimum spend requirements and cooldown periods between visits.
This Q1 update represents our continued commitment to enhancing efficiency, control, and engagement for retailers. These improvements not only streamline backend operations but also create more engaging and rewarding experiences for customers.
