Lobyco, the global leader in grocery loyalty programs, announced a new 5-year partnership with Central Co-op, to relaunch their Membership proposition with new capabilities including a new Membership-facing app. Central Co-op is one of the UK’s biggest cooperatives, running a network of 250 stores, with 181 Funeral and 6 florists, while 18 stores sell fuel. Central Co-op will use the new partnership to better serve its members by rethinking their digital presence, creating loyalty with simplified rewards, improving value, and taking member engagement to another level with several new mobile app features.
Central Co-op is a cooperative owned and democratically controlled by its members. The aim of this new partnership is to get its members and customers even closer to the business, as they are the heart of everything.
