Today we're launching Insights, a brand new data-centred space inside Lobyco Nexus. It brings together everything your team needs to understand how your loyalty programme is performing, in one place, without leaving the platform.
Insights has two parts: the Insights Overview and AI Genie. Between them, they cover the full range of how loyalty teams actually use data — from a daily health check to deep-dive campaign analysis.
