Lobyco has appointed David Brem as VP APAC. Based in Auckland, David will lead Lobyco’s work with retailers across Australia, New Zealand and the wider APAC region, starting in November.
Welcoming David Brem#
David joins from Foodstuffs New Zealand, where as Head of Customer Engagement & Loyalty he developed and launched Club+, the loyalty programme that now runs across New World, PAK’nSAVE, Four Square and Liquorland. Already, more than 2 million customers are actively engaging with the programme. Along the way he created Foodstuffs’ retail media business, built in-house CX design capability and led a run of marketing and technology change projects as the business moved further into digital.
He brings 20 years across retail, travel and the public sector, covering digital marketing, customer engagement and loyalty. He is a founding Advisory Board member of the New Zealand Loyalty Association, set up in 2026 to connect and grow the country’s loyalty community. David regularly presents at industry events on topics of loyalty transformation and retail media.
Joining the growing team#
As VP APAC, David will lead Lobyco’s work with retailers across Australia, New Zealand and the wider APAC region, starting in November 2026.
We’re delighted that David is bringing his rich knowledge and practical, hands-on loyalty experience to Lobyco, and to the retailers we work with across the region.
